Adding vehicles to our website can be done in 3 easy steps:

Step 1. Take pictures and vehicle details
We recommend that sellers should take 6 different pictures of their vehicle covering different angles of the vehicle including the interior. This will give the buyer a good overview of the cleanliness of the vehicle and it’s suitability for purpose.  Sellers are also advised to supply as much detail as possible on the car to enable buyers streamline their search to what suits them most.  Buyers expect you to provide honest and accurate information about your vehicles.  However, if you do not have pictures to upload, just add your vehicle details to the website.

Step 2. Registration
Seller should log onto our website http://www.motortradernigeria.com/signup_form.php and sign up with us. Username and password supplied should be noted because it will be required when uploading vehicle details.  You will not be able to register without a valid email address.

Step 3. Uploading
Log onto our website http://www.motortradernigeria.com, click "Post Listing" and you will be prompted to enter your sign-in details.  Once logged-in, you will be presented with a listing form that needs be completed as much as possible. The spaces with asterisk are compulsory.  After completing the form, the system will allow you to submit.  After submitting, a menu will appear on the left hand column of the site, click "edit listings" and then "image" - a browser will come up that will enable the uploading of images.  Click the "browse" button and you will be taken to wherever the pictures are stored on your computer.  Select the picture you want and click "upload". This process must be repeated till all the relevant pictures have been uploaded.

Buying your next car can be as easy as you want it, but we have done all the work to ensure as many cars as possible are made available on this website. All we ask is that you browse or look through the cars listed. You can search in various ways as follows:

• By Vehicle's Body Style, Make, Class, Year of first Registration or State in Nigeria where it is being Sold.
• Every Car presented to you comes with Address, Email and Telephone number of the seller so you may contact then directly.

Instruction to Sellers

Advertising the car you have for sale is now free on MotorTrader, Nigeria. All we ask is that you complete the listing for and where is is possible attach photographs to your listing. Listings with photographs attracts more attention than the once without photos.
